Until may 20th the Amsterdam City Archive exhibits “in Memoriam”. An emotional and impressive memorial on the lives of deported and murdered Dutch children during WWII. The photo’s of 2,900 children are displayed, next to the stories of 15 children with their documents and transport lists, one of them being Anne Frank. On glass panels the names of all 18,000 children can be seen. Some artefacts of the children are displayed as well, giving them an identity again. The City Archive is on Vijzelstraat 32.
